Additional Information: 
I decided to do this SR since I tried to do in other forum (Patch***), staff agreed to the request but offered a replacement which I don't see it fair since it passed more than 3-4 months when I purchased this Disney+ account which was delivered, yeah, but I requested to have ESPN, despite I mentioned the user multiple times I wanted to see a match and I needed the account fast to watch it.

I don't want other account or replacement since I bought it elsewhere time ago, I need my money back since this user literally cleared all chats so his intentions was solely to scam and not deliver what I needed first.

This client bought a Disney premium upgrade for 12 months the 19 January 2025 and I delivered it the same day. No where before the purchase did he ask or mention if the disney upgrade included ESPN. All Disney upgrades made in turkey or similar countries do not include ESPN. Once the upgrade is done I don't offer a refund since the plan is already applied to the account. I then offered him a cracked account with ESPN on it to compensate.
He also claims he mentioned it before but the only thing he said is "how long you gonna take since I need to watch a match in like 1h ish lol", to me this simply meant that he wanted to do the upgrade now before he goes to a match somewhere.

I deleted the conversation because this user kept spamming me everyday insulting me about an upgrade I already done.
In my eyes this doesn't deserve a full refund or a refund at all but let me know what you think.

Mf how the fuck I can export a chat if you deleted the whole convo? lmao.

I confront the user too about he deleting messages too, he acted dumb of course but keep that in mind while reading the scam report, since this mf was able to delete my messages or any of him and delete the convo, like he admited multiple times.

I insulted you one time, after you kept days ignoring me and still offering your services while I had to buy somewhere else.

As you said, you offered me a replacement at that time, in January, stopped working, you said your tool was broken or some shit and then that's where you start ignoring me.

Well you had time to export these screenshots since all the times are different and also claimed you had full convo in the telegram, so why not put everything? I saved the first part because I make transcript after my sales for safety and you can see in the html and full transcript that all files were exported that day.

I also told you the tool I used for the disney account were on this forum that closed so I couldnt use it anymore until now.
