Additional Information: ive bought Netflix personal upgrade for 60 euros at the end of July. After the service stopped working, I immediately proceeded to open a ticket by complying with all the rules, but they were promptly closed (despite him saying no proof of purchase was attached, false). Until I made request for refund. Now it is October and I am still waiting for a solution
