I don't know if it's possible... but all the time these combo people post new 10k, 100k combos that are supposedly fresh/new. Is there any way to create a checker to verify if they are really fresh or if they were taken from a public cloud like txtalien, etc. For example, it checks the 10k that are supposedly fresh and when checking, the program discovers that these 10k are public in some cloud from days ago, or 90% are public!

I don't know if I expressed myself in a way that anyone could understand!

That's called an anti-public checker. There's an existing tool for that. Be cautious, as people can modify the passwords and add junk so that they are detected as being 'private'.
