First off, sorry if I can't respond to this, I've tried contacting @Darkness on Discord, because cracked.to haven't been working for me, while @Tex0r has been able to make a scam report, so I find it quite unfair if the case would be, that I'd receive a ban because I couldn't access cracked.to
Anyway, I'd like to have my part of the story heard.
The thread he's talking about is my money making method, and on that thread, including the eBook itself - I state, that I can change the Terms of Service without any notice at any time, also, that the "refund guarantee" ONLY applies if I am convinced that the customer has worked hard enough on trying to earn money. It also has to be 14 days since the purchase of the eBook, which it hasn't been and he's already opening a dispute.
With my Terms of Service, I am in my full right to decline any requests to refund, and I am sure that your mods can confirm that if you read my Terms of Service.
When it comes to why I won't refund him, even if I still had the refund guarantee going, it's because I haven't heard from him since he first bought it. I heard from him on days one and two, and then I didn't hear from him until today. Everyone else has been discussing the method, posting screenshots, participating in giveaways, joining our live streams, and asking for help. @Tex0r on the other hand has been inactive and not said a word. That's my first argument. My second argument is that when he messaged me on Discord wanting his refund, I asked him to send me some of the stuff you gotta do to complete the method, but he refused to send it until late at night, which made me believe that he just wanted to buy some time to set it up right now.
Also, the easiest way of proving that he's worked on the method is that if he linked me or screenshot me proof of him advertising, as the method involves some kind of advertising. He was unable to send any links or pictures.

About removing the refund guarantee 2 days before it was 14 days has nothing to do with you at all. You hadn't said anything for 10 days, so I completely forgot about you.

I kicked you from our Discord server, as you opened a scam report and demanded a refund. If you don't want to be a part of the method, then you shouldn't be in the Discord.
The main reason was, that you kept talking shit in the chat, which I didn't appreciate.
