His Method is shity AF and I've been using it since +12 days now
And when I told him I have not made any $ whir the method he said I have removed the refund I can't refund you.
I did send him my last 30$ BTC and hoped to get some money from his E-Book but as you can see I got rapped on the money that I worked really hard on

First off, sorry if I can't respond to this, I've tried contacting @Darkness on Discord, because cracked.to haven't been working for me, while @Tex0r has been able to make a scam report, so I find it quite unfair if the case would be, that I'd receive a ban because I couldn't access cracked.to

Anyway, I'd like to have my part of the story heard.

The thread he's talking about is my money making method, and on that thread, including the eBook itself - I state, that I can change the Terms of Service without any notice at any time, also, that the "refund guarantee" ONLY applies if I am convinced that the customer has worked hard enough on trying to earn money. It also has to be 14 days since the purchase of the eBook, which it hasn't been and he's already opening a dispute.

With my Terms of Service, I am in my full right to decline any requests to refund, and I am sure that your mods can confirm that if you read my Terms of Service.

When it comes to why I won't refund him, even if I still had the refund guarantee going, it's because I haven't heard from him since he first bought it. I heard from him on days one and two, and then I didn't hear from him until today. Everyone else has been discussing the method, posting screenshots, participating in giveaways, joining our live streams, and asking for help. @Tex0r on the other hand has been inactive and not said a word. That's my first argument. My second argument is that when he messaged me on Discord wanting his refund, I asked him to send me some of the stuff you gotta do to complete the method, but he refused to send it until late at night, which made me believe that he just wanted to buy some time to set it up right now.
Also, the easiest way of proving that he's worked on the method is that if he linked me or screenshot me proof of him advertising, as the method involves some kind of advertising. He was unable to send any links or pictures.

I don't want to write a whole novel on why I removed the refund guarantee, so I'll provide you with a screenshot of me announcing it to the customer discord of this method:


As it hasn't been 14 days, and as I've removed the refund guarantee, I offered him my help with advertising etc., but he still made the scam report anyway.
Also, I made sure that at least two customers made money from the method before actually removing the refund guarantee because I wanted to make sure my customers knew it was legit, as I also said in the picture.

EDIT: @Tex0r saying that @Ahmeed and I are partners in this business is a complete and utterly false statement. If you look at my sales thread, he's asking for a vouch copy. I can even provide Discord logs so you can see that nothing between @Ahmeed and I was planned or anything. I have no idea where he got that idea from.
