Additional Information: Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I have had to open a scam report against @SANTA. After the first scam report the user was quick to reply to me saying they cannot offer a refund for blah blah reasons and said they would add me to the private channel which doesn't even have anything advertised in the VIP Membership but a somewhat active chat. (Check screenshots). I'm not looking for a refund at this point but simply here to warn others users that this user is a con and if you look on this forum and even in their chat t.me/chatbysanta you can find plenty of complaints of people not receiving their order and going weeks or months even without any support. I have placed multiple orders between this report and the last report with absolutely no status update nor progress and it has already been a month (These were orders to stores that were advertised to have a 2-5 day return process). I even have screenshots of Santa mentioning that the start day to refund for VIP members is 1-2 days. I try to talk about the status update on an order and my comment immediately gets deleted. I have talked with someone else in the VIP chat who also purchased the same membership having the same complaint saying basically they also got scammed. (Will happily share with moderators). In short, be wary if you are thinking of purchasing anything from this user.
