I know it's obviously not your intention but this sounds incredibly federal. This is a blackhat forum. If the site were ever to be breached (which, mind you, it has been historically), LEOs would be crawling all over the database, people are dumb enough to use their real IP addresses and gmail inboxes to register for the site, so there would obviously be people who are dumb enough to incriminate themselves by using their real phone numbers. The ideal case in any forum like this would be for there to be as little data collected on the users as possible.
