Additional Information: Told me that he refunded my order in amazon. I paid for his service and when he receive the payment then he just ghosted me. This is around way back in February still. My amazon account is now also closed for some reason.

Where is anything about me getting your order or asking money or even confirming anything at all ? Or you not getting the refund ? You have literally no proofs and posting about something 3 months old .
