Additional Information: The seller blanked me no responses at all & I tried using multi ways to communicate. (the persons discord has been banned as well & as you an see the support bot is useless you are suppose to use)

I followed your t&c which is shown in the evidence i provided.

your discord is banned doesn't work & i emailed you even sent messages here you didn't respond on any of those platforms.

I followed the email order instructions how to receive order which links to a bot which does nothing again show in evidence.

Your own store chat shows you have not been online since 24/02/2023 I also did a ticket their again no response.

You cant use the times as an excuse either I placed the order before 6pm GMT & I waited 20hrs since ordering using every type of communication you list before opening this thread.

If you was legit why not message me? you was very quick to jump on here when I opened this thread
