Additional Information: bought from his sellix, even bought proxies. I joined their server and I was little bit toxic to some timewasting staff  :monkas:. Then when I tried to test VIEW Bot it didnt work, so I contacted him and he said that he is paying money to staff to help us. but main problem is that I got banned. I asked him to unban me but he didnt want. I want my refund....

Hey,
as you already know, we have a Discord server where we are willing to answer any customer's questions. You had an opened ticket with us and you were very inappropriate and rude. Your behavior on our discord server only proved how rude you are. That's why u get banned.

Fun fact is that this person was scamming people in the past, he has actually admitted to scamming in the past, if you read "Proof 1". I find it quite sad that a person who has been ripping people off would even dare to open a scam report.
Anyway, as for the program that the customer bought (in dms), it's an AIO tool that has a viewbot in it that works without a problem. The customer probably only has free  or the cheapest proxies. Since everything works as it should, I don't see any reason for a refund.
I have no desire to write and discuss anything with this person here, as I abhor his behaviour.
I am willing to give a member of the "staff" team that will be handling this dispute access to our AIO (viewbot) that the customer bought to make sure it works as it should.
 
 
Offtopic: Just for fun or it's maybe more sad, how does a customer behave in dms. Customer has multiple accounts, this is one of them. Since my support was not responding to him, this is why he was toxic in the ticket.

P.S. After you bought AIO you had got link to another discord server in invoice ("Twitch workshop") where you can get a help with AIO when you want contacting creator directly
