Additional Information: the account i bought was "Ultra Restored PayPal + Virtual Card Active + Crypto Enabled + Card Added + Bank Access | FA"
not only did the paypal not have a virtual card active but it also was unusable since it cant be verified. Essentially, if you want a unusable paypal account go to puredrop.io
