Additional Information:
He was supposed to send me train tickets fidelity coupon but did not send anything and just agreed that he scammed me after 3 days of ignoring messages. He will probably create new accounts in the future. He declined refund.
He created a thread complaining about his posts getting removed which was suspect but apparently seems OK because of competitors being silly

I'm using a VPN so I don't know, but you Can keep your vulgarity for yourself, posting in a scam report where you're not involved is not tolerated, as it's written in the rules

yet not only a vpn ip is not logic since a vpn is a public service, multiple users would use the same ip, example is reg ip of @Professor which is the same as 53290 other users, which means he has a vpn

even if your openvpn protocol is connected to a private server, you are clearly a multi yet because of your ip matching the same of another user obv you're the one breaking the rules, btw stop editing your messages, it's obv that you're a liar 

Or maybe i'm using a non usual Vpn with a location that is not common
But whatever, @Liars @Darkness @Ping user IS still not complying by posting comment in a thread where he's not involved
