I am not using it for fraud as long as this paypal is my own , i have full control of it i removed primary phone number and added a voip one and wanted to added a real one for verification cause voip isn't supported.

User is obviously trying to use my numbers for hacked paypal
Additional Information:User is trying to use my services for financial fraud.As can be seen by user trying to buy accounts with live cc.User is still trying to use balance on my website.I want to refund and block user from my site
I do not want people using my services for financial fraud as this gives me unwanted attention
Nor does anyone deserves to get his identity stolen and his bank account emptied by a joker in a 3rd world country
