 i added positive reputation two days ago  to a user because i thought  he was a  friend and when i notice that he not was my friends i delete my points .
now he is added negative reputation points and say i am asking him reputation and his friends added me bad points ,  and later he says he likes  negative fake reps .
please can u help me ?

i don't understand he is threating me with ban , first: i did not know he is ADMIN, because he bans me he have to be one , is not that break rules ?
