worked as support for more than a year, the first time seeing someone as stubborn
As support, I usually give replacement anyways but your attitude was just rude, straight up you threatened the owner with a scam report (which is not even a valid explanation below)
We are not checking if the cc is working beforehand and the description does not include a warranty on insufficient funds on a card
you literally said that the card has insufficient funds in a ticket which proves replaced account was valid otherwise you would have been replaced again so you are not eligible for a refund
Are you expecting always to hit on 1$ log??
The same goes for almost all types of logs if you buy X site log seller will replace invalids but won't when the actual owner has no money in the bank
If we could check if the cc is working it would be stated in the description + price would be higher I was not asked to -rep you, I find just you annoying

In my opinion, the reason for this scam report is not valid that's why you are getting -repped. Some people can understand that you cant hit every time on 1.3$ log it's just you that is making such a fuss about it
