conversation is very long, so i took note of some.
Clear to see they sold me an config, tried to fix, failed, and conclusion to refund.

Additional Information:
So after payment Noxy setup the cfg on my vps, which didn't work.
Then morningstar connected to my anydesk to find a solution.
Was not succesfull to fix the cfg so they told me they will fix it by next day.
This went on for a couple days, eventually we came to an conclusion that its not working and will refund me.
Its been nearly 3weeks and he only refunded $100 out of $300 so far.
Apperently his partner "morningstar" is holding the other $200.
Which himself says he already paid him back to send me.
morningstar could show proof that he paid back.
But clearly they where both responsible for the sale of this config.
