Additional Information: Was gonna exchange 40$ with 5$ fee from PayPal to LTC.
Did everything he asked for, even recorded my phone screen while sending.
Waited like 2 hours and nothing was sent (He's saying he's outside)
Well, told him I would wait 24 hours and he's just laughing at me "There's like 2 hours left before 24h"
So I decided to make this CW since this user doesn't seem to be sending me my money.

I told the user I would send the money when I was back due to me needing an ID which my mom has, I was at a friends house sleeping there and hanging out, will be back home later, user said he will post a cw to be "funny" so I said I'll wait til "24h time period" is nearly up to be "funny" back lol, didn't scam, just have patience :)
