Additional Information:I really don't like opening this case at all, but I also don't like waiting 20 days for an upgrade and getting ripped off all the time.
I know that DynSyn is not a scammer because I had a similar case in the past where I didn't get my upgrade and had to open a case here first so that DynSyn took care of it.
To DynSyn: If you sell upgrades, please try to process them within 48 hours or put the shop offline for the service if you can't do it. And don't answer in 2 hours or as soon as you're home and then nothing will happen. That sounds very shitty.

Crypto address for a refund: I would prefer if my account gets the upgrade.
