Additional Information: I will try to explain this simple as I can with conversation screenshot (all conversation is available if an admin ask for it but there is sensible data so i can't send it here)

5 June i asked him for a Wise account to verify my paypal, everything worked fine, no problem for this account.
9 June I asked him an account where i can send money from paypal and buy crypto, so he told me he can make kraken custom name account (https://imgur.com/xfw40xm)
11 June i received the account, he told me to change details of the account so i changed email/password and added 2FA. After that i tried to link my paypal account and Kraken just block my account ( https://imgur.com/hbF8q4b )
After that, he contacted the kraken support and they told him it was because i changed the email twice (that's wrong, i did it only one time so someone lied) https://imgur.com/R9UtZzK
So he decided to do another kraken account (same name) and this time i tried to link my paypal but kraken blocked it because my paypal ID was linked to the first account banned so i tried to topup balance with Wise VCC but Kraken account was instant banned once again https://imgur.com/i6Yail1
After that he told me i need bybit so i trusted him, account was delivered fast but he created the account with Indonesian country on the identity   who don't support P2P exchanges and paypal/wise wasn't in the options when i tried to topup the account balance (at this time I understand he know nothing about what i asked him, he only want money). 

So i asked him for a moonpay account and since this day, the circus has started he lied to me many times about when the account will be ready

I delivered first kraken he somehow blocked it.
I delivered second kraken same name matching and he does have an issue with his PayPal account which i am not supposed to be responsible for. 


But we decided ided to give him coinbase which takes time to get it delivered its not my problem that kraken gave error when he tried linking with his PayPal.
the original order was kraken matching name we delivered twice. 

Once Op replied he can confirm that he ordered a kraken with the name he want

My Paypal ID is linked on Kraken database with first account he gaves me so even if he do 30 accounts, we will end on the same situation

Before the first account was banned i removed the paypal account from kraken but that didn't change anything.

We first agreed on moonpay account (16 June), after 7 days i still have nothing (proof here --> https://imgur.com/a/TI4HFPR )
After that he decided to give me another (the 3rd) Kraken account but obviously i can't link my paypal account.
26 June he decided to give me coinbase account (thx for making me loose 10 days waiting for moonpay that you can't do) so i telled him "let me create the account and you verify it"
I enabled 2fa on the coinbase account (and like this i can see if he start the verification or not because he have to ask me the code).
He asked me yesterday the 2FA code fro coinbase account seeing that i openned a scam report (no news from 26 june to 3 July so 7 days that you can add to the first 10 days for moonpay account)

Yes but kraken account was instant ban after i tried to link my paypal (this guy blame my paypal account but he still working fine (proof can be send to an admin if needed))

the guy, said Coinbase would be fine — then I told him it’s in process.
