I initially negged him the day or day after u closed the DD. Which is 21st of September. I negged him again on the 28th of September.

Somewhere inbetween someone removed the neg I gave. Another point is that while I was bumping my scam report and more than 72h passed buuza was active in SB as well as replying to threads and not replying on scam report.

I thought buuza opened a neg removal request but you can see for yourself that wasn't the case.

Who was the admin/mod or whatever that removed the neg if so that was done privately between buuza and that staff member.

And I am curious how come a service owner is not responsible if his support scams? I could open a service have an alt for "support" scam out of it and get scot free IN THEORY? No?

In light of some of the criticisms and negative views I’ve seen regarding the administrators of this platform, I believe it’s important to approach things fairly and with seriousness. Constructive feedback can help improve and evolve the platform for the better—it’s all about hearing both sides.

Yesterday, I experienced a situation where someone scammed me out of $150. After receiving the payment, they deleted the conversation and blocked me. Unfortunately, I had no concrete proof that I sent the money, aside from a screenshot of the transaction.

I was shocked and felt helpless. I reached out to one of the admins, honestly explaining that I had no hard evidence to back my claim. I simply wanted to put pressure on the scammer and hope for the best. To my surprise, the admin listened and was very understanding of my situation. It turned out that the scammer had a previous account that had already been banned from the platform.

I understand that platforms like this will always have a wide range of users, each with their own perspectives and experiences. Managing a large community is challenging and overwhelming, especially with a limited number of admins compared to the platform’s size. Of course, there will be mistakes—some bad decisions among many good ones. But overall, this platform provides significant benefits to its members.

We all strive for improvement, and our ambitions always push us to want more.

For this, I want to sincerely thank all the admins and hope that somehow, I can recover the $150 I lost. goldnigga

Staff are humans too, They can see the normality of where the forum where people can advertise their business that are 90% of the time worth more than what a measly $300 scam report is worth.

I think giving them some extra time to respond to the dispute with full proof is fair instead of rushing the situation and escalating to a punishment.

If you are going to go out of your way to create a multi to spew bullshit about the staff team, Please do show proof with some images!

If you cannot, I simply suggest from the POV of an outsider that you find ventures in your life and I hope you can achieve them.

At the end of the day we are all human and in fair disputes both parties have the chance and time to defend themselves.

Some people may have already sent their "proof" to staff via PM's, Does having an open DD on you restrict you from using SB now?

Doesn't restrict you being in sb but when you are expected an answer to a question on a DD you should reply to it.
