I had exactly the same thing happen to me, do not buy anything from him, he will try to scam everyone he can.

waiting to see if he will refund everyone since he is already soft selling his new method on telegram

I paid for method he is soft selling and I have yet to receive the method an hour later, he claims that he needs to set up the product (it is customer to customer basis which I get), but avoids giving the method out even refuses to barely explain it(Asked for website said method is about) which is very suspicious and seems like he is getting ready to exit scam, will update if I receive said method, until then I recommend everyone to deal with caution.

Any update ?
