@SystemError You have 24hrs to either deploy a Windows OS server for OP or refund him fully within that time frame. As per your service thread and website you are advertising your service as "All OS supported". If you can't keep this promise, that would be a false advertisement. Also you are promising 7/24 expert support however you don't have access to your tools. I can't see any message or notification regarding this support issue on your website or on your thread. Which might mislead the users.

I guess refund it is then right? He has no control whether he can deploy me a Windows VPS or not. Already been waiting over a week for a working VPS in the first place

also staff can you tell him to delete the `honest review` from my post bc he did not specify that he did not ask the right support telegram or discord for his problem

he openend his support ticket on the 3 dec

so he making it look like it took me more then 10 days to fix the rdp for him 

and on my websites homepage there are 2 bigs button called discord and telegram

if this guy had a brain he would understand that those are for support and not try to contact random guys on cracked.io hoping for the right person to message him

change the review to exactly what happend or just delete it
