Additional Information: I originally purchased this server on the 25th of Nov, it toke almost 1 week for support to resolve this issue, now that they have finnaly deployed the VPS and because I dont need the requirement anymore they cant even swap it over to Windows which makes no sense, They are clearly just reselling services but dont even have the right connection/api as they dont even have an end user panel for basic VPS management. I have been very vocal regarding what I think of the company, have left a review and am honestly just sick of the lack of service and support. I have requested a refund multiple times because im not recieiving the bare minimum service and support and im just stuck with a useless product. If they are not ready for operation then they shouldn't be advertising on the Forum.

as i told you before g we are having problems with the devices that have all the right tools on it

im currently being support on a laptop that cost 300 and cant do shit without any logins and tools that i dont have on this laptop

also your getting helped with a 3rd party im currrently just being a middleman for this problem and there is not much i can do

@SystemError You have 24hrs to either deploy a Windows OS server for OP or refund him fully within that time frame. As per your service thread and website you are advertising your service as "All OS supported". If you can't keep this promise, that would be a false advertisement. Also you are promising 7/24 expert support however you don't have access to your tools. I can't see any message or notification regarding this support issue on your website or on your thread. Which might mislead the users.
