Additional Information:
Hurts my heart to do this to Sonic but its been three weeks and he hasnt refunded me. I need the money for another transaction and cant wait any longer.

Ordered a service of Bestbuy insider refund with sonic and the refund failed. He promised to refund me the money but hasnt been able to do it. Screenshots attached. its been almost 21 days since the order failed. 

The amount is 860 usdc.
