I am requesting admin assistance regarding a checker I purchased from a seller.
Since the day I bought it the checker has never worked properly (Maybe few short time with max 5k). It constantly had issues and never performed a stable or correct check. The seller first tried to help but then tried to blame proxies but even other checker owners who use other checkers told me that premium proxies were not required and even made fun of how poorly this one performs.
To compare, I tested:

• Other paid checkers (Trials like AFK)
  
• Free checkers (From our forum and telegram)
  

Even the worst free checker produced higher CPM (even on pic I was using 50 thread on trial one when I use 250 it was 4k cpm) and more stable results than the one I purchased. That clearly shows the problem is not on my side.
The seller (Sekhru) attempted to change the API a few times at the beginning but the fixes were never stable or long term. The checker only worked occasionally on very small combo lists (around 2k max 5 then error time) which is unrealistic and impractical. I have never known anyone who checks Hotmail in 2k combo batches  this makes no sense for real brute usage.
As you know other sellers also shares free versions (inboxer and normal checker) from time to time. I tested those as well. Ironically the free versions perform better than the paid one I purchased. When I asked others about this they clearly told me that the checker I bought is simply bad quality.
It has now been over 15 20 days and there has been no proper fix or improvement. Since purchase I have never been able to use the product properly.
This situation:

• Wasted my time
  
• Caused frustration
  
• Made me lose money
  

I am respectfully requesting a refund of at least 75% as I believe this is fair considering the product has not worked as advertised from the beginning.
I am asking the admins to review this situation and help reach a fair resolution.

Checker is working Perfect with no issues
At first he want use the checker with shitty proxies the one thats cost 2$ day lol
I already sold the checker for many no one said there’s a problem or doing like this retired i can send the checker to any admin and see it’s there problem not mine

 Instead of solving the issue like a professional the seller chose to insult me publicly by calling me a “big idiot.” This alone shows his level of professionalism and how he handles customers when problems arise.
Now let’s be very clear.
The proxy excuse is completely false.
The checker was tested not only with standard proxies but also with high quality residential proxies he knows that too. The seller keeps repeating the same cheap proxy narrative but the facts do not support him. When I mentioned using residential proxies other checker owners even laughed and said residential is not required and that the checker itself is simply poor quality.
The final test with residential proxies resulted in 5 CPM.
Five!
That is not a proxy issue. That is a product issue. If it was proxy issue why others worked well and got 2x 3x more cpm.
Free checkers perform better than this paid one. That alone proves everything. A paid tool performing worse than free alternatives is unacceptable.
For more than 20 days there has been no stable fix no real improvement no working solution. Only excuses and blame shifting.
Saying “I sold many copies and no one complained” is not evidence. It does not invalidate my experience. What matters is that since the day I purchased it, I have never been able to use it properly.
 
But insulting customers and spreading false claims about proxies will not change the performance numbers.
This is not about ego. This is about a product that does not work as advertised.
I am again requesting at least a 75% refund. That is more than fair considering the time wasted, the lack of functionality, and the 20+ days without resolution.
I ask the admins to review this objectively and focus on performance facts not emotional insults.

I waited 20+ days. I tested every version you sent. I even used residential proxies. The last result was 5 CPM with residential that’s not a proxy issue that’s a checker issue.
You say you changed API and made new versions. I respect the effort but the checker still didn’t work properly. Effort doesn’t matter if the result is bad.
Saying “you used ChatGPT lol” is not an argument. Your checker is useless it's the fact. I TRIED 2 DIFFERENT RESIDENTIAL TOO. WHY WOULD I BUY ANOTHER RESITENTIALS? WHY? While they are working well with others why your checker needs ultra premium residential?  I will wait admins. If they will want to check I will send what you sent me last time!

This user is a known scammer. He has multiple profiles on the platform and scammed me out of $100+ in 2021. His name is Donatello. He became very angry when I gave him negative rep here, and now he is doing the same thing to you.

He tried to “resolve” the issue with me by claiming he is not the person I think he is. After 1–2 days, he left me negative rep and started insulting me on Telegram, then blocked me.

Before he started selling account checkers there, he contacted me from his real Telegram account, “Donatello,” and tried to convince me to work with him. His messages were in Arabic. Translated, the conversation was:

Him: “Hey, do you remember me?”
Me: “I remember Donatello the scammer. If you’re using the same profile name and username, then you’re the same person.”

After that, he started insulting me and said he was wrong to message me again but in reality, he contacted me on purpose.
