Just replied over telegram, however again the backup given is for an emulator which I have no ability to use. If it was stated prior that I would need an emulator then I wouldn’t have purchased it.

Almost all accounts everyone offers come with an emulator, depending on what app it is. It's not something unusual.

+ We gave him access to the best emulator on the web, Nox. (*BACKUP INCLUDED*) It's not our fault, it's from the user's part. The warranty has been voided and I cannot offer a replacement/refund. Although I will still try to help him nothing is guaranteed from my side.

+ I have to point this out: https://paste.fo/ed19a86bb0a1. Under section 5 of the Refund Policy, it states, "All requests for refunds must be made within 4 hours of delivery or the account's malfunction."
& "We provide a warranty period of 4 hours from the time of delivery." The customer did not report any problems within the 4-hour timeframe.

@Darkness @Liars User not responding to my help, please close this DD as I am not able to do anything else for him. Warranty had been voided, he is trying to make up excuses and the account STILL WORKS but he cant use cause emulator dosent work so it's not from our fault (Nox emulator)

Apologies for the late response. As of communication all he he offered was to use an emulator again and told him I can’t use an emulator. (There’s technical issues for some reason and I’ve googled solutions with nothing working.) He offered to try and do it for me or have someone else have it done for me but no update. I have not responded to him as it’s just going full circle.

To reiterate again, had I known that the account needed to use an emulator to access it, I would have reconsidered. Due to this I’m unable to access it at all.

I still have not got from him any replies at all and I have wrote and gave him everything. I didnt hear from him since 20 december, how am I supposed to help?
