Remove Editing of Thread Alert in SB after Post

I noticed that you can edit your Message that is being sent in Shoutbox
after you made a Thread. You can also delete it.

Idk it just seemed kinda weird and not really intended

How to do this Bug:
1. Refresh Site
2. Done

You can also edit your thread title without even entering the thread and clicking the Edit button. You can just highlight the title with your mouse and it will become editable, so it is most likely intended.

Ah right, I thought it changes the title as well. Yeah if it changes the message only then the edit button shouldn't be there in first place
