MAKE ANY FILE OR FOLDER HIDDEN AND INACCESSIBLE | METHOD BY EKIN

So Guys, I was wondering on how to make a folder not even hidden but also inaccessible too. We don't want everyone to access everything they want in our laptop or PC, if you know what I mean   . So, I searched the internet and found lots of ways, and merged them together to make my own way. I know there are some software that do the job, but if don't have your own laptop and your parents still check and balance on you, they can find out about that particular software by simply control panel, and ask you to open it and then you Get Caught!. So, with this method, it's 99% impossible for them or for your friends and siblings to access the folder. So, without further time consumption, let's start it.
