Well, what I was planning on doing is calling and playing the story that it was a gift for my little brothers birthday in 2 days, and that I need the gun, and they'll reship, and I'll do FTID and then once they get it ill wait a little then give them a call and nudge them to check that it was delivered there and they should issue a refund. I heard it's extremely easy, when I hit my $1000 graphics card I said I didn't have it completely and within 10 mins I had a replacement getting shipped.
