worked for me so here you go
 

been fixed. you lose access to the game when refunding it

1)setup new or use existing blizzard account
2) link paypal or make new one
3) buy whatever game you want and pay thru paypal
4) play game and wait a week
5) go to https://www.paypal.com/disputes/ and report that you never got the product (blizzard will never respond to paypal claims)
6) get your money back and enjoy?
