Additional Information: I bought a $50 prepaid gift card from this user. He only gave me a $40 prepaid gift card. Not only that but someone else spent $32 on the gift card minutes after I bought it. The user also said he was going to give me a refund but no refund has been given.

And now lets talk about how the pinned message quite literally states if the card is spent before you get to use it, it is not my problem. This has been pinned for 3w and he has seen it on his multi as well. I was nice enough to offer a refund but instead you decided to make a report.
