Well , i mean i never wanted to scam him 
he claimed to sell combo's for very cheap , i though it may be a good deal
he said 25$ for 5k i said that looks very cool but wait what if he is a scammer
i told him to give me 20 hits to check quality , he said no 
i offered him to pay 5$ for 1K at first to test quality , he said no
i told him my account isn't that new and i am not joking i will definetly pay him very well.

hopefully this resume the situation , i am currently looking for a combo provider for specific target.
