Programming tips in the programming forum

I have a lot to say in the programming forum but i cant because there is no such section there

As i said in the Programming discussions section you should not start with a language as PHP but i need to explain it to people (why you should not)

Why can't you just use the programming discussions section? I don't really understand you.

its because basically explaining something is not discussing it with people

It's the sad truth but in the cracking community only a small percentage actually make projects rather than just using them because of the general age bracket. I'm afraid there is nothing we can do, I can start to post in the programming forums and maybe we'll start to draw some more attention to it.
