Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 150$+ - Many YouTube Upgrades, and many Spotify Keys Bought

I'm waiting more than ONE MONTH for him to fix my YouTube Accounts. More than 20 days to fix his spotify bot so I can use keys I bought from him, or reupgrade accounts.

He's constantly telling to people it will take that time, bla bla. Spotify Bot was NEVER fixed, and still not working.
He came from "vacation" and again announced he gonna be back soon lol.
I just want my accounts to be fixed, and I can use spotify bot, nothing more.
But sadly, this is more likely died service and he's lying.
