Additional Information: As you can see on the screens, I sent him the money.
He told me to wait 10 minutes to receive my 100€ card
And it's been more than 3h30 that I'm waiting for him to send me my card.

I call him again, and each time he tells me to wait 10 minutes, but each time still nothing.
I told him several times that if he couldn't send me the card, that he could refund me, but he ignores me
