People have told me that technically it's not a scam which is true. But I'd like to let users know about his actions, he is a very petty person to deal with.

Not necessarily scammed but would just like to let people know about this users deals.

So as you can see, he offered me the option to pay $30 less than the actual config price under the circumstance he said "he'll put a vouch and spend time on it".
I sold him the config and to be fair, he done as he said and put a nice little review on it. I'm sure admins can check the edited.

As you can see here, he is saying I'm slow to reply on Discord? Which is so false because he is the one who took a long time to reply when we started discussing. Saying I'm ignoring my customers?

At this stage I was like, this guy is probably wasting my time. Check the times.

He sent at this time, keep in mind I was active the whole time so not sure where he got that "slow reply" from.
Then he proceeded to ask for another config, which I made but I realized it was definitely too profitable to sell for the price he had in mind.

And then here we go. After I disagreed to sell it for $20, he claimed he had someone else who could do it - so I said okay no worries.

The chat stopped there, and he went and edited the vouch.
I'm looking for him to put an honest review about the config on my thread or pay the full amount of what it should have been worth. I done nothing wrong to this guy other than refuse to sell him a config for $20 because I know what it's worth. My ego is not through the roof, the whole way throughout the conversation I would be joking around with him and whatnot. I'm not a bad person, but I don't want a reputable member giving me false accusations on a thread where I am trying to provide something. This user wants everything his own way. He claims to be the "most reputable member" but definitely isn't providing any good for this community. Thank you.
