                  sorry to bring this up to your notice , but i need soome calrification on this 

Actulally for this user @Buznerino i have sold 1 year prime video many months befor , now the situation is the user comes now and asked for the aproval for  adding another user , the important part is , this user dicord account got banned many times and changed more than 5 times his account ,  so as that i dont have any login details of the account i sold  many months ago  . in between i have replaced one account , so he now comes asked for aproval so i aproved and after he login he told this account is expired  and he says himself that he have given me previous old acount ,so i asked for the new account and he says he lost it ,

so in t his case he is demanding for a new account which is not my fault , so suddent he changes in between and mention that this is the new account which he claim him slef that it was a old account , so obviously i got confused and had a dount so i asked him to share both the account ie : the on which u bought first and the one which i replaced you and now and he failed to send and noe he is so adament to get an new account which he lost and he mentioned that he will creat a dispute . so from my side i have intiated myslef and seeking for a clarification .

I have attached imprtant  chat screen shot and ii have underlined and marked , (if needed i will share all chat screens which  is 20+ )

Kindly check in to this issue and please calrify

Basically I bought 1 year warranty prime video and I havent used it in like 2 months cause it has pretty shit shows imho and now I have caught covid and am quarantined so I have nothing else to do so I tried to log into an account which I have saved in my phone but it showed me 2 factor authentication needed so I asked him to verify it and he did and when I checked the account its subscription had expired, so I thought that it was probably some old account and thought that I had some other new account saved in my notes somewhere and I thought I had lost it so I asked him for a new account and then later on realized that the account that was saved in my notes was the latest one I had received from him and that its subscription was expired as I hadnt used it in a long time. 

This guy told me I need to buy a new product from him as I was apparently acting suspicious and was just trying to get me to buy a new product from him under any circumstances. I have no reason to hide anything from him as even if I potentially lied to him and kept two accounts its subscription would have expired anyway as it expires every 3-5 weeks.

I also told him that the last account login info he sent me was to my old discord account which was deleted roughly 1 month ago so he could just look up "Deleted User" in his discord search bar and it would show up with my old text conversations and he could check it there, but he refused saying that its not his problem

My account works good for long FYI and i obviously give full warranty as he changes his converstaion so that is the reason i got suspicious and i asked for both the account which he failes to give , so once he gives i will check and will do the needfull , without checking how can i come to an conclution .

Ive repeatedly told you that I do not have 2 accounts, therefore I cannot send them to you. Ive already gone through like 4 accounts from you since around August. This was all just a misunderstanding, I have no reason to scam you for a prime account that I have already paid for
