Tried it and they first sent me to talk to a higher staff position, and then once the higher staff position couldn't figure out, they told me to send an email with screenshots of the card. So, it didn't work, but maybe it was just because I'm new to this and I didn't bullshit enough.

P.S They will also ask you when you bought the card and where you bought it from. I just said Best Buy and from November or December, but idk what the best advice is for this. Maybe a more in-depth guide would be helpful.
