The Angular tutorial on the official site at https://angular.io/tutorial is very good and should be enough if you want to develop small applications.
If you want to use both C# and Angular maybe Visual Studio Code is the more appropriate IDE.

You can always try looking at the docs but if you're not much of a reading fan just check what course on udemy are bestselling then read the description where it ususlly says what you will learn in the course and that way you can find the course that suits your needs
