First create an PayPal account with fake data. This is very ez. Make a fake thread on ebay just sell something what will sell very fast. You dont have to own the product. I sold for example a Fitbit. When I got paid I spent the money on a site like G2A. After that u have 0 Balance on your account. Now just click on refund or say the guy on ebay he should do an paypal chargeback.U will have now -40 Balance on PayPal so u scammed actually PayPal. Stay Anonymous and youre fine. U can repeat this as often as you want. Just create everytime new account or sell more stuff on the one account
