This config is for iptv sites that use this type of login http://iptv.com:80/get.php?username=r0x&...z&type=m3u

combo : user pass only
proxy : depends on the site but most of them work proxyless

after you load config and combo on the runner you have to put the iptv link here
and if it start showing bad results it's working if its only showing retries try another url
