Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $40 for x4 label ftid service

Additional Information: On the 26th of April, I asked him for an ftid service for a second time. His most recent or last replied to me was on 3rd of May. I have no shipping label to use so I decided to get one instead per his instruction. As soon as I provided the shipping label, he confirmed the ftid is doable but he has been inactive and responding slowly unlike before. That being the case, I am unsure whether I can ask for some compensation or coverage for the shipping label that I bought, which I do believe has an expiration. I would want an update regarding my situation with him as I have been waiting for 10 business days.
