Create a list of all the things you want to do. Imagine you have the power to have one of those things in the list done by now, what would it be? then thats what you need to start doing.

perhaps your plans and goals do not give enjoyment

if you aren't getting enjoyment out of something, you won't have motivation to do it



or



having many plans and goals and not knowing where to start / how you can complete them all can leave you with having no motivation to do any of them

You kinda just need to start getting your hands dirty and do what you can to get towards your goals. Though, as others said, if you're not enjoying it then you won't have any motivation to do it. I think a good start would just be trying to evaluate what you're really passionate about rather than trying to follow one plan because other people think its a good idea

I've been in that spot multiple times. 
And just getting out of that spell that I've been in the past few months. 
I was taking a 3d course that i paid $3.5k for and didn't even finish it.. .
I was addicted to pos league of legends and work , tired of everything etc..
Just uninstalled that shit and focused on work and got a quest 2 to exercise..
Just applied to a college again which im nervous about but atleast got shit going. 
getting rid of my distrctions (league of legends) and forcing myself to do something (work) 
and adding exercise (quest) + im settig up a sleep schedule and wake up early .
Few weeks ago I felt stuck with no idea wtf to do with my life and just bored no energy to do shit .
But if you want it bad enough to get out of that spot just force yourself little by little. 
I'd say what helped me the most quickly was changing my sleep schedule.
Just know that life gets better and is up to you to improve it.
watch videos of successful people in careers that you might want to do .
Just look for inspiration that will give you drive
