I'm the family manager and I can't upgrade to YouTube family plan. Help me

1. I'm in the regular trial period of my individual YouTube premium membership.
2. I'm the family manager
3. I tried upgrading my account to the family plan but it seems the button is missing. I followed this tutorial Existing YouTube Premium or Music Premium members
4. I don't have the button to get family plan, I just see my individual plan and edu plan, and I can cancel it or update payment method
