It does hurt. The more tics the more pain. When I have a tic, the whole bodys muscles gets tense and gets sore, sprained ish. For example, I do a lot of Jaw stretches and "bites* on my inner cheek. This means that my neck is all tense while doing it and i bite my cheek until theres a hole. So im always sore and have to visit a massage therapist

Everything started suddenly when i was 10 and i bit my Jaw muscles in two.
