Free vps is usually a bad vps, and this one is a part of bad category. I've tried it and I don't like it at all, everything is lagging and you can literally do nothing about it, that's it. I prefer a cheap windows vps, you have to pay for it, but it's not expensive at all for the quality which you get. I think that the most important aspect of a vps is stability, you don't want to get random disconnects during a host, because this is very annoying and it's also slowing, or fully interrupting the work process.
