That is actually very easy
Let's say we want to by pass Spotify,
and your original mail is fknmega@protonmail.com
you can actually add dots to the username to bypass!
examples:
fknm.ega@protonmail.com
f.knme.ga@protonmail.com
Spotify will think It's a different mail, but you'll still get the emails sent to it.
what not to do:
do not place 2 dots at the same place, for example:
fkn..mega@protonmail.com
do not put a dot after username, examples:
fknmega@p.rotonmail.com
fknmega.@protonmail.com
do not put a dot before the username, for example:
.fknmega@protonmail.com
(I didn't put on hidden on purpose)
