Help with Amazon Storecard

So long story short, I've had an aged account and had a card, managed to order a few items (they've all arrived) and by mistake I ordered another item from my phone which caused my aged amazon account to lock 
(Account on hold) - I tried to send them an edited PSD of a bank, but that won't work.
Now I tried on many new accounts, I age them at least a week, try first purchase for 50$ and then bam locked.
Can anyone shed some light on what I'm missing here?

Also aging an account for a week is the same as not aging it at all. A week is literally nothing.

I see, so anything else you can do with them?

Unless you know an Insider you can either sell them to idiots or just leave them be. I would personally ignore them, they're tough to use properly and can lead to investigations as they are technically a credit card.
