So there are multiple ways depending on your budget. If you're a person who don't want to spend thousands of dollars for a model, I recommend doing outreaching yourself or hire a va who would do it for you, to find VA's I recommend joining this telegram group: https://t.me/ofmjobs, you will find here all kind of va's - marketing, outreaching, chatting etc.
To do outreaching, there are multiple options:

- Your personal instagram account ( You must have high end pics/videos of yourself, showing that you're financially stable. If you have zero posts, no highlights then I recommend choosing another option.

- A fake girl page or if you already have a model, use her page to outreach (You will need to have enough of followers, content and be pretty otherwise you'll get rejected. If you want more followers just type in browser "socials panel" "instagram followers panel" you should find a panel that offers fake followers, likes, comments etc. You can imagine what to do next. If you don't have a model and want this option to work, I recommend downloading some unpopular but pretty girl content and use it to create your page to impersonate the person you will be using to outreach other models

- Your model agency instagram account, first come up with a unique name, create good desings or hire a designer and for inspiration of what to post just go to IG and in search write hashtags like #OFM #modelagency #onlyfansmanagement and you'll see other model agency accounts with a lot of posts to get inspiration from.

If you don't know how to do outreaching, do some research on youtube, I don't want to make this guide too long. But short advice from me is think how everyone else is doing outreaching and try to be different cause with what you came up in the first place, 99% of other agencies write the same thing so most of the models will reject your request, keep it short and simple otherwise you'll look too spammy.

Once you have found a model that'd be interested to work with you, you have to come up with an offer - how much model will receive from you? Most of the newbies think best deal is 50/50 but believe me you'd rather work in mcdonalds than do 50/50 contract. 30-40% maximum for the model and she has to be top hot model, with a lot to offer, if she's mid, I'd recommend to offer a fixed monthly payments, which means the model would receive like $1000-3000/month and you keep the rest for yourself, you can promise things like if everything goes well, we can adjust the payments in the future, increase your salary. To create a contract, you don't need an accountant to do it all for you.
