so don't complain if it's all colorful now

Kids paint on walls. It's a fact of life. Talk to her, face to face, be nice, advise her it's not a good thing to do and then when you've talked to her give her a colouring book and ask her to only colour in that.

Talking quietly to young children usually works best, even when they're a nuisance.
